RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

If an item does not fit to your desire please contact us at: info@lamago.co and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. If you would like to return an item please send it to the address below within 14 days of receiving your order for international shipments and 48hrs for local shipments. We do not cover return and/or exchange shipping fees, and we highly recommend adding tracking to your returned parcel.

 

GENERAL POLICY

 

We are happy to offer store credit, exchanges, or refunds for all original-priced items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in their original condition, with all original tags attached within estimated timelines of purchase.

 

All SALE items are FINAL SALE– no returns, no exchanges.

This includes End of Season, BLACKOUT, Black Friday, and Clearance items, which are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where the wrong size or style was received.

 

We do our best to check every item very carefully before sending it your way. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please be aware that exchanges can take 7 business days to process from the moment your returned parcel is received, depending on the volume of orders we have at the moment.
